The 8-week program is scheduled at a mutually convenient time and day of the week for the firm. Payment is charged to the firm's account and covers the cost of 1 to 5 agents attending a one-hour online live group training each week. Firm will be billed an additional $400 per month for each additional agent attending a training. Training sessions are held by Zoom once a week, 4 weeks per month. There is no session where there is a 5th week.  Payment is made in advance, and there are no refunds. Firm may cancel at any time with advance notice in writing.
