Jennifer Lanning
Jennifer Lanning is a Life Coach and co-owner of Legacy Lifestyles Realty, and the other half of the Double Duty Girls. She is a member of the North Carolina Association of REALTORS and the National Association of REALTORS since 2013. Jennifer has gained many accolades in her career as an agent, including Rookie of the Year and Million Dollar Producer were honors achieved in her first year in real estate. Jennifer has also enjoyed recognition as Top Producer, Top Listing Agent, Top in Sales as well as Multi-Million Dollar Producer. Jennifer has been a mentor for many agents over the years as she enjoys sharing with other agents how she attained her success.

My Story
Upon moving to Asheville I decided to pursue my passion to become a licensed real estate agent after enjoying a 15 year career as a professional real estate photographer in Los Angeles California. Many have said that I am a Jane of all trades having a variety of life experiences. I have built Hollywood sets, managed apartment complexes, and worked as an engineer. I've been a dive master and a pilot with my own plane, just to name a few. With all the life skills gathered along my journey I felt well prepared for my real estate career. In addition to helping people sell and buy property, and helping to train new agents, I also enjoy working with my investor clients, buying, selling and developing commercial projects.
