Wanda Marie Lapointe
Wanda Marie is a Life Coach and co-owner of Legacy Lifestyles Realty, and the other half of the Double Duty Girls. She is a member of the North Carolina Association of REALTORS and the National Association of REALTORS since 2013. She is an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), a Certified Workforce Housing Specialist through the NCAR Housing Opportunity Foundation, a Preferred Agent with the North Carolina Housing Finance Agency, and earned the OwnAmerica Investment Certification awarded by the OwnAmerica Network, a national affiliation of real estate investment specialists. Wanda Marie has also been coaching and training real estate agents since 2015 on lead generation, working with buyers and sellers, listing and marketing properties and negotiation skills. She is a certified Peak Producer Mentor through the Brian Buffini Company, completed the Ninja Sales Installation training, and a certified Dotloop instructor.

My Story
Being a Real Estate Broker is my third career. I worked as a paralegal for more than 20 years for various law firms throughout the greater Los Angeles area. I left the legal field and moved into the self-help industry where I studied NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) and clinical hypnotherapy, and eventually found Coach University. I became a Certified Life Coach, and soon went on to attend the Behavioral Coaching Institute and received my Master Coach certification with a focus on executive coaching and changing corporate culture.
As a professional coach with an extensive background in strategic planning and goal setting for maximum results, I’m action oriented and ready to go to work for you, helping make your dreams come true. I have a compassionate ear and a caring heart. My resourceful nature will never leave you hanging, and my dedication to a successful outcome will assure you that you are in good hands and will be well taken care of.
On a more personal note, I have been married to Ron Lapointe, the man of my dreams for more than 25 years. I have 2 adult children and 4 amazing grandchildren. I have authored 3 self-help books, and I'm the founder of The LadyUp Network. This is my ministry for women's transformation and personal growth. I love playing pickleball, RVing coast-to-coast, and traveling abroad. I’ve been to Egypt, India, England, France, Italy, Germany, Greece and the Netherlands.
