Online Mentoring Program

One-on-One Coaching & Mentoring Addressing Your Needs, on Your Schedule

Our Mentoring Program is designed for agents who have not closed at least 3 transactions within the past 12 months, as well as those wanting to take their career to the next level. 

Your Program Includes:

  • Up to 2 one-on-one 30-45 minute Zoom calls each week for coaching, guidance and support on specific subjects as needed.

  • Sessions are scheduled in a pre-designated timeslot mutually agreed upon and convenient for both parties.

  • Sessions are recorded for repeated listening and practicing of scripts as needed. Plus unlimited email support.

Mentoring Areas May Include

Your initial session is setting goals and creating an Action Plan for tracking performance and success.

  • Organizing your database and managing your daily workflow.

  • Prospecting and following up with Leads.

  • Creating/updating/practicing your Buyer Consultation and scrips.

  • Guidance on discussing Buyer Agency, and assistance with filling out the form.

  • Showing properties, staying safe, managing client expectations and dealing with difficult people.

  • Understanding and preparing a CMA.

  • Assistance with filling out the Offer to Purchase and supporting documents.

  • Guidance on negotiating an Offer.

  • Dotloop training and folder management.

  • Setting up inspections, reviewing the reports and negotiating repairs.

  • Creating/updating/practicing your Seller Presentation and scripts.

  • Assistance with filling out the Listing Agreement and supporting documents.

  • Guidance on stagging basics, taking photos and preparing the property for the market.

  • Assistance with adding/managing/updating your listings and photos in the MLS.

  • Guidance on marketing your listings and handling price adjustments.

  • Practicing and perfecting major scripts.

  • Success Coaching and Accountability for reaching your career goals.

  • Other areas may be included where you feel you need strengthening.

Note: New agents should have an opportunity to shadow another agent on a live listing appointment, photo shoot and measuring a property.

Measuring Success

Success is measured by the agent attaining their goals set in the initial session, or when the agent feels complete. Mentoring may be terminated at any time with notice in writing.

Your Investment

The fee for personal one-on-one mentoring is $225 per 45-minute session/timeslot. Mentors reserve 8 timeslots for the agent each month (2 sessions per week), and the cost is $1800 per month plus the administrative costs of tracking the agent’s KPI’s (key performance indicators), managing recordings and providing training materials as needed.
In lieu of charging $1800 a month, mentees share 10% of their commission to compensate their Mentor for their time and effort, plus a personal upfront investment of $85 per month, skin-in-the-game, to reserve their timeslot on the Mentor's calendar each month. This is a win-win approach to training. If the agent does not perform, the Mentor does not get paid. We work hard to help you succeed in reaching your monetary goals. But you must be coachable, and be willing to make this program a priority.

Getting Started

  1. Your Broker-in-Charge must agree to paying the 10% commission by signing the Mentorship Agreement for you to be admitted into the Program.
  2. You are also required to sign the Agreement, committing to showing up on time, doing the work required, and paying the $85 a month to reserve your timeslot with your Mentor.
  3. Once the Agreement has been submitted, you will be contacted immediately to set up a Needs Assessment session to make sure it's a good fit for everyone prior to your making a payment.
