In real estate school, they teach you how to stay out of jail. They don't teach you how to sell real estate, service your customers and make a living. Wanda Marie offers an in-depth basic training program designed to provide the newer agent with the tools and skillset to jump start their career, and shorten the learning curve.

 

8-Week Basic Training Program (2 months)

Week 1: Organizing Your Database & Daily Workflow

Week 2: Getting Business (Prospecting & Follow-up)

Week 3: Buyer Consultations & Managing Expectations

Week 4: Showing Properties, Safety & Making Offers

Week 5: Property Valuations & Seller Presentations

Week 6: Managing a Listing, Price Adjustments & Marketing

Week 7: Negotiating Offers & Negotiating Repairs

Week 8: Moving from Contract to Close (both sides)

In a Meeting
Agent Training Costs

Individual Agents Pay $530/month

for up to 4 half-hour sessions each month.

Firms pay $2200/month for 4 one-hour group sessions, up to 5 Agents, and $530/month per additional agent.

Program Logistics: All programs include weekly interactive Zoom calls, downloadable training materials and email support. Sessions are scheduled on a day and time mutually convenient for agent/firm and trainer, Monday through Friday between 9:30am and 7:00pm ET.

Personal 1:1 Mentoring Program

  • Enjoy the lower upfront cost of just $85.

  • Your needs addressed on your schedule. 

  • Sessions geared toward your specific needs AS needed.

  • Up to 2 private sessions each week with your Mentor.

  • Thoroughly unpack each subject on deeper levels.

  • Invite your Mentor to monitor/review calls with you.
