Wanda Marie offers an in-depth basic training program designed to provide the newer agent with the tools and skillset to jump start their career, and more advanced training programs for the seasoned agent wanting to sharpen their skills and take their business to the next level.

 

8-Week Basic Training Program

Week 1: Organizing Your Database & Daily Workflow

Week 2: Getting Business (Prospecting & Follow-up)

Week 3: Buyer Consultations & Managing Expectations

Week 4: Showing Properties, Safety & Making Offers

Week 5: Doing CMA's & Creating Seller Presentations

Week 6: Managing a Listing, Price Adjustments & Marketing

Week 7: Negotiating Offers & Negotiating Repairs

Week 8: Moving from Contract to Close (both sides)

4-Week Advanced Training Programs

4 Week Ninja Sales Training (core concepts)

4 Week Peak Producers Training (core concepts)

4 Week Custom Build Training (extra fee involved)

Agent Training Costs

Individual Agents Pay $440 Per Month

for up to 4 one-hour sessions each month

Firms pay $2200/month for up to 5 Agents, and $440/month per additional agent.

​4-Week Advanced Training Program are

$499 Per Agent

Program Logistics: All programs include weekly one-hour interactive Zoom calls, downloadable training materials and email support. Sessions are scheduled on a day and time mutually convenient for agent/firm and trainer, Monday through Friday between 9:30am and 7:00pm ET.

Personal 1:1 Mentoring Program

  • Enjoy the lower upfront cost of just $85.

  • Your needs addressed on your schedule. 

  • Sessions geared toward your specific needs AS needed.

  • Up to 2 private sessions each week with your Mentor.

  • Thoroughly unpack each subject on deeper levels.

  • Invite your Mentor to monitor/review calls with you.

  • Roll play with your Mentor and practice your scripts.
