We're very intuitive, but unfortunately, we're not psychic. We can't predict the market, but we get pretty darn close! However, we can tell you that no one will work harder than our team to get the deal done as quickly as possible, as smoothly as possible and for the best possible results. We are committed to integrity, compassion and results!
HOW MANY HOMES SHOULD I LOOK AT BEFORE I MAKE A PURCHASING DECISION?
Of course, no one wants to waste time. Our job is to help you get as clear as possible regarding your "must haves" and your "deal breakers" and only show you the properties that come closest to your search criteria. Here in the Asheville and surrounding areas, there's not a lot of inventory so good properties go fast! Therefore, we only show properties to prequalified buyers, those who are ready to pull the trigger. The average buyer when not clear, might preview about 8 homes before making a final choice. A clear buyer can make a decision after seeing 2 to 4 homes.
HOW DO YOUR FEES WORK?
We can only give an "Example" of how fees typically work. We view every situation individually.
Typically, the seller will pay a 6% commission to sell their property.
3% Goes to the listing agent's firm and 3% goes to the buying agent's firm.
The 3% commission that goes to the firm is split between the firm and the working agents.
Most agents are independent contractors of the firm and therefore responsible for all their expenses.
So buyer agents pay for the gas to take buyers on property showings.
Listing agents pay for marketing (yard signs, photographers, virtual tours, open houses, etc.)
Good agents work very hard, so please write them a good review and
think of them for any future referrals.
